Amanda's extensive experience includes serving as a fierce advocate and counselor for her clients throughout the litigation process, with a specific emphasis on defense against discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour disputes, as well as PAGA and class action litigation. In addition to representing farm labor contractors, she has also represented individuals, non-profit organizations, and for-profit corporations before numerous government agencies, boards, committees, and administrative proceedings. Additionally, Amanda is adept at negotiating and litigating contractual matters, commercial and corporate disputes, and claims involving real property. Her extensive experience has honed her ability to strategically manage and assess the best possible resolution for her clients while remaining sensitive to cost-effective solutions.
Outside of her professional life, Amanda is a lover of board games and enjoys watching horrible shark movies. She describes herself as an avid cheese enthusiast and enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with friends, family, and her slightly spoiled dachshund.
