Erica L. Rosasco

Owner/Principal Attorney

    Erica Rosasco is the owner of Rosasco Law Group in Rocklin, California. She has received an “AV® Preeminent™” Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating available from Martindale-Hubbell, the leading independent attorney rating entity. She also has been named for the last seven years as a Super Lawyer of Northern California and as a Super Lawyer California Rising Star in 2012 & 2016, Sacramento Magazine’s 2016-2017 and 2019-2023 Top Lawyers in Sacramento and a Who’s Who Top Attorney for 2016 and 2018. 


    Ms. Rosasco represents employers in all aspects of employment and civil litigation. Ms. Rosasco litigates cases in the areas of employment law, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, wage and hour class actions, Private Attorney General Act actions, business disputes, and breach of contract actions. She also provides advice and counsel to employers and businesses to avoid the high cost of litigation. 


    She is a board member for the California Farm Labor Contractors Association (CFLCA) and Agricultural Personnel Management Association (APMA) and the former Chair of the Sacramento Employment Advisory Council (SEAC). 


    Ms. Rosasco is from a cattle ranching family and grew up in the central valley. She is a married mother of one active eighth grader. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts and watching her daughter compete at hunter/jumper horse shows.

    Mike Blankinship

    Partner

      Mike Blankinship is a Partner at Rosasco Law Group.  Mike helps employers navigate the complex California wage and hour landscape in all phases of compliance and litigation.  He is experienced with litigation of complex cases, including PAGA and class actions, but also provides preemptive advice and counsel including full wage and hour audits, to ensure compliance and cut off liability before a lawsuit is filed. Mike understands the unique challenges facing farm labor contractors and other agricultural employers in California and is passionate about defending farmers from plaintiffs’ attorneys so they can focus on farming.

      Originally from Redding, CA, Mike Blankinship earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Davis and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon. He is admitted to practice law in California and Oregon.

      Tiffany Tello

      Associate

        Tiffany Tello is an associate attorney at Rosasco Law Group, where she represents employers in a wide range of employment law matters. Her practice includes defending employers against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, as well as Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) claims and class actions. Tiffany also has extensive experience representing employers in administrative proceedings before agencies such as Cal/OSHA and the Agricultural Labor Relations Board (ALRB). A fluent Spanish speaker, Tiffany is committed to providing strategic counsel and effective advocacy to protect her clients’ interests in individual and complex workplace disputes. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new restaurants and discovering unique culinary experiences.

        Amanda Maxim

        Associate

          Amanda is a seasoned litigator with a proven track record of success. With over 20 years of experience as a litigation attorney and more than a decade of practice before California’s appellate courts, she has established herself as a formidable advocate in the legal community. Throughout her career, Amanda has appeared at hundreds of court hearings, mediations, and proceedings, and has tried dozens—baker’s dozens, in fact—of courtroom trials and arbitration proceedings, the majority resulting in favorable judgments.


          Amanda's extensive experience includes serving as a fierce advocate and counselor for her clients throughout the litigation process, with a specific emphasis on defense against discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour disputes, as well as PAGA and class action litigation. In addition to representing farm labor contractors, she has also represented individuals, non-profit organizations, and for-profit corporations before numerous government agencies, boards, committees, and administrative proceedings. Additionally, Amanda is adept at negotiating and litigating contractual matters, commercial and corporate disputes, and claims involving real property. Her extensive experience has honed her ability to strategically manage and assess the best possible resolution for her clients while remaining sensitive to cost-effective solutions.


          Outside of her professional life, Amanda is a lover of board games and enjoys watching horrible shark movies. She describes herself as an avid cheese enthusiast and enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with friends, family, and her slightly spoiled dachshund.

          Keren Carrillo

          Associate

            Keren Carrillo is a dedicated associate attorney specializing in civil and employment litigation, with a particular focus on defending employers, businesses, and non-profits. Fluent in Spanish, Keren brings a unique perspective and valuable communication skills to the practice, ensuring effective representation for a diverse clientele.


            Keren earned a Bachelor of Economics degree with honors from the University of California, Davis, and subsequently graduated with distinction with her Juris Doctor degree from McGeorge School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in California.


            Leveraging a robust background in immigration law, Keren now represents employers in wage and hour violation claims, PAGA, wrongful termination and breach of contract actions, and debt collection matters. Keren is particularly adept at defending agricultural employers in USCIS investigations, navigating the complexities of compliance and enforcement. With a rigorous academic foundation and a zealous commitment to client advocacy, Keren Carrillo provides comprehensive and skilled legal support tailored to the unique needs of each client.


            In her spare time Keren enjoys shopping at TJ Maxx with her two sisters, trying new restaurants, and watching movies with her husband.

            Rudy

              Rudy is Rosasco Law Group’s Director of Office Security and Employee Morale. Rudy has worked with the firm since 2021 and is proud to report zero squirrel-related accidents during that time period—tying the previous record. He is dedicated to ensuring that all employees of Rosasco Law Group have the opportunity to take part in stress-reducing activities like short walks and head scratches, which help them cope the demands of high-stakes litigation. He is licensed to be a dog in Sacramento County.

              Yanyan Yan

              Associate

                Yanyan is an associate attorney. After obtaining her Master of Laws degree from University of Southern California, she has become a member of New York State Bar and California State Bar. She started her career in criminal defense, including white collar crimes. She has experience in corporate law and has served as an associate in-house counsel. She is now defending employers in administrative proceedings before various agencies including Cal/OSHA, the labor commission and the Department of Labor.  She handles a variety of labor and employment matters and is not afraid of litigation when necessary. She is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. She enjoys local trails and paddling during her spare time.
